          Redstones is a newly formed company within the Russian Construction Industry, even though the company is new, our senior management has several years’ experience in construction and safety within all construction site activities for the past fifty years in Russia. The company believes everybody has a right to return home as they came, based on this fact alone safety has utmost priority in all activities.

          The Management of Redstones believes that all accidents are preventable. This is achievable through our team’s commitment for continuous improvement and our dedication to achieve Safety Excellence and Zero Accident Philosophy. The ESH Management Team shall set the standard for accountability for every action of each employee. By this, all employees shall conduct themselves and execute their work in safe manner and to protect the Client’s property. This standard is communicated from top level management down to all personnel involved on our projects whether they are directly employed by Redstones, Joint Venture Partners, subcontractors or suppliers.

          It has always been our policy to provide a safe environment for subcontractors and workers engaged in all our projects. We expect every employee to uphold the standards of applicable Occupational Health and Safety Act and safety requirements in the countries where we have a presence.

Preventive measures and the elimination of any potential hazard are of the utmost importance for the safety of all employees, visitors and the public in general.

          We commit to meet or exceed the requirements of applicable Occupational Health and Health regulations of the countries of operation. The protection of health and safety is considered as the highest priority throughout all phases of our projects from front end engineering throughout the construction phase, ending with final site demobilisation.

It is the responsibility of every employee to support and assist in establishing and implementing Safety & Health requirements.
